IT'S BACK FOR 2025
This year's calendar includes, festivals, celebrations, awareness days and other wacky, just for fun days.
It includes days that you can celebrate with your staff team as well as the children and a wide range of religious festivals to reflect the diversity of your settings.
You can also use this calendar to boost your social media presence. For any of the days that you celebrate use photo's from the day and hashtag the event in your post. This is a great way to get more eyes on your business for free.

VIRTUAL 1:1 SESSIONS
A Finding Your Feet 1:1 Virtual Session provides ad-hoc advice, guidance and support for trustees and managers and is ideal for those times when you need more than you get from an online search or a social media group.

Sessions can be used for:

discussions around issues with the committee, what you can do and how best to resolve them;

completing Ofsted EY2 forms together;

Each session lasts up to an hour and in that time we'll discuss in detail what the issues and your needs are, chat about what you require, put together an action plan (where appropriate) and I'll give you advice and any documentation I think will help in a follow up email after the session.
